Structural Model Overview

Trubian Village = Cultural Platform
Cuthaugula Coahuila Tribal Nation = Governmental Structure

Cultural Arm builds the people.
Tribal Arm builds the Nation.

They operate like:

The Heart (Culture)
and

HOW THEY WORK TOGETHER

The Cultural Community builds:

• Economic strength
• Social unity
• Arts, education, and family cohesion

The Tribal Nation builds:

• Legal structure
• Governance
• Land trust systems
• Sovereign protection
• National identity

Together they create:

Culture + Law
Marketplace + Governance
Family + Nation

Why Two Levels?

Because not everyone is ready for nationhood responsibilities. Some people: • Want to participate culturally. • Want to learn first. • Want to build trust before citizenship. Others: • Want full national recognition. • Want to participate in tribal trust. • Want governance involvement. The two-tier model creates a clear pathway.

Vision Moving Forward

The long-term vision includes:

• 144 Tribal Family Seats
• Cultural Embassies
• Marketplace Economic Complex
• Youth Media & Education
• Tribal Land & Housing
• International Indigenous Trade

Membership Pathway

  1. Join as Cultural Member

  2. Participate and learn

  3. If aligned — apply for Tribal Citizenship

  4. Enter tribal registry & governance structure

This keeps integrity and structure.

Closing Statement for Presentation

“Trubian Village is where culture prepares the people, and the Nation protects the people.

We are building more than events.
We are building continuity.

We are building more than business.
We are building sovereignty.

You may join the culture.
You may join the Nation.
Or you may walk both paths.

But either way —
You are walking toward restoration.”
