Tribal Leadership

Tribal Leadership is based on family clan relationships, each family clan has it's own hierarchy based on bloodline relationships, everyone within the family structure at some time experiences clan leadership through their own cycle of life. The clan hierarchy system has three parallel aspects, one is blood relationship such as parent and child, the second one is age which is a class system according to age and the third one is tribal rank which is establish through the tribal social order.
